Booking:
Purchase orders should be received with as much notice as
possible. First time customers must order by
PayPal
or
by
e-mail a Purchase Order
to: info(at)benjamingeissler.de
with
Product / Order Number, Name, Surname, e-mail and shipping
address.
Do
not use a P.O. Box as a shipping address.
Once
received your Purchase Order we send you by e-mail a
PDF copy of the invoice with our (IBAN, International Bank
Account Number) and (BIC, Bank Identifier Code).
After
we get the receipt of your payment by our bank we send you
the ordered Product(s) with Deutsche
Post and
by e-mail the delivery receipt of German Post Office with
the tracking No. and the date of dispatch.
Cancellations:
All cancellations must be received before scheduled
shipment, or full charges will apply.
Purchase:
The
price listed is for sale of a DVD only for private use.

costs: Inside
Europe 8,55 € charge for registered air mail shipping
for the first title. For each additional title there is no
charge.
